Ms. Kim Murphy, Chairperson of the Great Chefs Working Group, emphasised the event’s profound significance, “The Great Chefs of Hong Kong represents far more than an exceptional culinary showcase – it stands as Hong Kong’s premier philanthropic platform where our city’s finest chefs transcend cultural and national boundaries to support children with special needs and their families. While the gourmet creations and fine wines undoubtedly highlight the evening’s excellence, the true essence lies in our hospitality industry’s enduring tradition of coming together annually, sustaining this unique bond of compassion that continues to make a meaningful difference in our community.”

Ms. Rachel Leung, Chief Executive Officer of Heep Hong Society, underscored the fundamental mission behind the Great Chefs of Hong Kong, “As our organisation’s premier annual fundraising initiative, this event serves as a vital platform to raise public awareness about the developmental challenges faced by children with special needs. Through community participation and generous donations, we empower these remarkable children by providing tailored training and essential services, enabling them to fully realise their unique potential.”
